Many people love chocolate for its delicious taste, and then beat themselves up after eating it. But depending on the type of chocolate, it can have health benefits. Dark chocolate is considered a superfood due to the health benefits it provides. Chocolate can be both a dessert and a healthy snack if you choose wisely!

Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants! The health benefits include:
