If you asked people what they want to be in life, a common answer you would get would be, to be happy. As simple as it sounds, many people struggle to find happiness. And the reason why it is hard to find is simple… you CANNOT find happiness. You will not find happiness in a job, you will not find happiness in a relationship, you will not find happiness in a new apartment or car or body. You will find happiness when you mentally choose to BE happy.
You manifest happiness when you change the way you view the world and your everyday life. When you appreciate the little things in life, are grateful for what you have, and enjoy every minute of every day, your whole mindset shifts. You are putting out positive energy, and will therefore attract positive energy in return.
